Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Shadow Dragons Card Cave LLC, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every product we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be requested by contacting us at thedragonscardcave@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Item significantly differs from the description
  • Unopened sealed products (Elite Trainer Boxes, booster packs, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Graded cards (PSA, CGC, Beckett, etc.) - All sales are final
  • Opened booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, or sealed products
  • Single cards that have been removed from protective sleeves
  • Custom or special order items
  • Clearance or sale items marked as final sale
  • Digital products or gift cards

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unopened condition with all original packaging
  • Include all accessories, inserts, and documentation
  • Not show signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • All returns must be shipped with tracking and insurance
  • We recommend signature confirmation for high-value returns

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. We will send you an email confirming receipt
  2. Inspection typically takes 2-3 business days
  3. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
  4. Refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank

Refund Amount

  • Approved returns receive a full refund of the purchase price
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we shipped the wrong item)
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (unless item was defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs
  • Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. All orders require signature confirmation. If a package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • File a claim with the carrier if necessary

Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold are 100% authentic. If you receive a counterfeit item, we will provide a full refund plus return shipping costs. We reserve the right to verify authenticity claims.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at thedragonscardcave@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
